One of the main reasons that I like GRN as a business is simply because they offer a best-in-class product; the company is driven by satisfied customers taking high quality, low cost vacations.

Global Resorts Network is my top vacation club pick for these reasons and more:

  • In business over 20 years
  • Low total cost of vacations
  • Low cost lifetime membership = $2995
  • No member restrictions on properties = simple system
  • Resort Network includes 5 star locations = global resorts
  • Over 5,000 locations worldwide
  • Lowest Prices on weekly rates = $299 – $799
  • NO Property Purchase or annual maintenance fees
  • Pure focus on luxury, global resorts at lowest cost

It is true that you can earn high income from home with this business, but you don’t have to make it a business at all in order to enjoy the personal benefits and save money on your vacations.  The personal use and the business are related but not directly tied together – you can use one without the other.

I’m here to help you decide if this is the right vacation club … or business for you.  Either way, check out my official Global Resorts Network site and read about the member benefits!

GRN Tropical ResortThe best vacation clubs offer an affordable way to get access to high quality vacation spots around the world. There are many different ways to take vacations, but one of the most valuable is vacation clubs because of the quality, variety, and value.

Most vacation clubs, like Global Resorts Network, are able to offer vacationers a wide variety of different properties around the world. One of the main reasons for this is that they are not restricted to a specific type of resort or a specific location. Global Resorts Network (GRN) has access to all ‘brands’ of resort properties.

For example, members in a Wyndham club get straight-forward access to Wyndham properties, but much less straight-forward access to other properties. Think about it – do you really believe that a competitor of Wyndham is going to treat Wyndham customers the same as they do their own customers? There are all kinds of pricing hoops and access restrictions that start to come into play. It’s simply how the market works.

Global Resorts Network is a different player in the market. They are not a competitor of any brand of resort, or any global resort location for that matter. They are a supplier; they have a positive relationship with resort owners and timeshare owners. That is why GRN members have access to so many different types of properties.

Not every vacation club is an affordable way to take a vacation. In fact, there are many vacation clubs that actually cost a lot more than it would cost to book online at an upscale hotel in a popular location. Hotels and last minute booking and popular locations usually add up to the perfect storm as the most expensive way to take a vacation.

Here’s an example:

An average buy-in for a timeshare vacation club property is $15,000 plus $1,000 per year in maintenance fees; just browse through RCI or any timeshare club that allows exchanges to check prices. For that, you will usually have 1 week for your vacation at a nice resort location; maybe 2 weeks. Let’s call it 2 weeks. So in year 1 the 2 weeks cost you $8,000 per week! Year 2, the price works out to $4,250 per week. Year 3, you get another 2 weeks and now your cost is down to $3,000 per week. Those numbers are double if you only bought 1 week per year; they also go up significantly if you just want to take another week in any given year.

I could keep going, but you get the idea. Several thousand dollars a week is a very expensive vacation. Even after 3 years, the cost is prohibitively high – $3,000 per week!

Of course with a timeshare resort, you could always sell the property to recoup your initial investment. Tell that to the people who have been selling timeshares over the last few years and getting 50 cents on the dollar or less! No question – there is a significant risk.

Global Resorts Network is one of the lowest cost, simplest to use, and my top rated membership vacation club. As a comparison to purchasing a timeshare, here is how the same 2 weeks could shake out for a vacationer who is a member of Global Resorts Network.

The GRN lifetime membership fee is $3,000, then each vacation is between $300 and $800 per week. We are comparing to an average timeshare at a nice location, so let’s use $600 per week for our calculations. Year one costs $2,100 per week; year 2 is down to $1,350 per week. By the time we get to year 3, the cost is $1,100. Paying only one-third for a vacation at the same properties – that is affordable.

The absolute best thing about Global Resorts Network membership is that you only pay when you take vacations and the more you take, the lower the total cost. These are for the exact same properties as in the timeshare example. Yes, similar quality properties and, YES, exactly the same properties; it is common to be staying next door to someone who paid the timeshare price when you paid the GRN member price!

Vacation clubs can definitely offer affordable access to resort quality properties.

Choose wisely because not all vacation clubs are created equal.

Choose one that gives you access to the same timeshare and resort properties around the world and at significantly discounted rates. I gave two examples in this article, but you should do your own math around how you take vacations, or better yet, how you want to take vacations – calculate the savings for yourself.

A global resorts network is very simply a network of vacation resorts located around the world. Usually you will find that large hotel chains, like Wyndham or Marriott, talk about their international resort locations. But really, a global resorts network is just like it sounds – a group of resort locations linked together through a single company

Global Resorts Network is the premier company offering a truly global resorts network at affordable prices, making it accessible to regular people, just like you and me.

So what is a global resorts network? It’s a network. It’s a company. It’s an opportunity!

I’ve done a lot of reviews of vacation clubs, comparing many different types and styles and companies; in fact, I have a website just devoted to vacation clubs reviews. However, I always kept coming back to Global Resorts Network (GRN), as the top company, but also as the right approach for so many people looking for affordable vacations at really nice places.

The vacation club idea is not new. In fact, GRN has been in business for over 20 years. But the vacation club as a way for people to take vacations is becoming more popular very rapidly for several reasons.

At it’s basic level, Global Resorts Network is a membership club and members enjoy the privileges of having access to vacation spots and vacation deals and special pricing that other people simply do not have. These are private, members-only, deals.

Global – resort locations around the world
Resorts – high quality, up to 5 star, resort locations
Network – access to one of the largest selections of resort properties available

That is why I talk about GRN as an opportunity! It’s an opportunity to explore the world.

So, where would you go first? If you had access to resort quality locations around the world, which would you choose first?

A global resorts network is one thing … THE Global Resorts Network adds affordability to the mix. Not all global vacation networks are low cost or even designed to be available to regular people, like you and me.

NOW, where would you go?
